I am a scientific illustrator specializing in medical visualization. I earned a BA in Scientific Visualization from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Lucerne, Switzerland.
In 2015, I was honoured with the International Giliola Gamberini Award for Best Medical Illustration from the Association of Medical Illustrators (AEIMS).
With extensive experience as a medical illustrator, I have developed comprehensive expertise in creating medical visualizations for surgeons, physicians, and the general public. My process involves thorough research, direct participation in surgical procedures and autopsies, and collaboration with medical experts. This approach enables me to transform complex medical information into anatomically precise and visually engaging illustrations that effectively convey medical interventions and procedures.
My strong expertise in African art and my vast collection of West African Vodun objects is a life long passion and continues to inspire me in various artistic projects since my teenage years.
